Soundtrack Thursday #28

Today’s track goes to:

Axel F” – Harold Faltermeyer

Film: Beverly Hills Cop

The first Eddie Murphy film I watched as a kid was Beverly Hills Cop.  The soundtrack features some brilliant tracks from Glenn Frey, The Pointer Sisters and Patti LaBelle.  However Harold Faltermeyer’s iconic theme song for Axel Foley certainly deserves the recognition, especially when Family Guy’s Peter Griffin can dance to it!
