Trailer Round-Up #2

Guess who’s back 🙂

The Geek fought the cold virus and the Geek won!  It wasn’t easy but I’m made of the strong stuff.  Thank God for the World Cup or I would have been stuck at home watching Daytime TV…and nobody wants to see that.

While I dust off my blog rustiness and examine my reviews in progress, I thought I would ease myself back into blogging by posting my thoughts on the latest trailers.  Here it goes…

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 (21st November)

OMG what have you done to Peeta President Snow?!?!?!?!  Not read the books but have become a fan of the movies.  If you’ve read my glowing review of Catching Fire, then you know how excited I am for the next instalment.  Hurry up November!

Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (25th August)

I absolutely loved the first film and I can’t wait for the sequel.  Plus Bond girl Eva Green is in it so that is always a bonus!

No Good Deed (31st October)

Idris Elba – *swoons*  I know he plays a psychotic man but I can watch that man in anything.

Birdman (2nd January 2015)

Michael Keaton is back as a washed up actor who once played an iconic superhero.  He must overcome his ego and his family troubles to reclaim his former glory – SOLD!

Dumb and Dumber To (19th December)

Either this will be funny or suck…HARD.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (17th October)

Meme

Anyway folks – what’s been your favourite trailer of the year so far?  What are you excited to see and are there any trailers you wished you could erase from your head? (if you say Ninja Turtles I would not blame you)

Take care
