Hello folks!

The Geek has been offline for a while (as she was on holiday).  Now that my batteries have been recharged, it’s time for another trailer round-up.

Check out my top 6 trailers from the past week.

Exodus: Gods and Kings (26th December)

This looks amazing!  Suddenly out of nowhere I can’t wait for December.  Ridley Scott is back in grand epic fashion which we haven’t seen since Gladiator.

Knowing how he’s so involved on his films, expect the blu-ray release to contain a director’s cut and a 3 hour making of documentary…not that I’m complaining 🙂

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (12th December)

Don’t care what the haters say – I’m watching this movie.  Nice touch on the trailer adding Pippin’s song (Edge of Night) from The Lord of the Rings as this will be the film that bridges the gap between the two trilogies.

Mad Max: Fury Road (15th May 2015)

I can watch Tom Hardy in anything these days!  Plus it’s a Mad Max film so count me in anyway.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 (21st November)

Loved the first two films.  I’m in too deep now.  Bring on the next one…anything to erase Divergent out of my head.

Atari: Game Over (This autumn on Xbox)

I love a good documentary and this one looks right up my street.

Interstellar (7th November)

I don’t know about you lot…but I’m IMAX-ing the sh*t out of this movie 🙂

Have an awesome day!

  1. The new Mad Max looks a lot like Mad Max 2. Which is a very good thing

    1. Yes it is and that is definitely a good thing.

I still have a bit of a soft spot for Beyond Thunderdome even though it’s not the best. Guess I love that Tina Turner soundtrack lol
